I have read your Association's Statute; I will be faithful to the founding philosophy and purpose of the Association, I will comply with the principles and rules specified in the Statute and to be added to the Statute in the future, I will fulfill all my obligations arising from membership, in particular the compliance with the ethical principles and quality standards to be determined by the Association in the professions and specialties that the Association addresses, I acknowledge and undertake that I will support the activities carried out for the realization of the activities, that the information I have declared is correct, that I will notify me within one month at the latest if there is a change in my address and other information I have notified, otherwise the notifications sent to my first address and e-mail address will be made to me.
